The villa has 6 bedrooms and can sleep up to 20 guests comfortably. For larger groups, we can arrange nearby accommodations for overflow guests while keeping the villa as your party headquarters.
Yes! The villa is in a private compound with no immediate neighbors. The KTV room is soundproofed, and outdoor music is fine until around midnight. Pool parties can go all day!
Absolutely! We can arrange balloon setups, banners, fairy lights, and custom decorations. Just let us know your theme and budget. Packages start from $75.
We require a $200 refundable security deposit, returned within 48 hours after checkout assuming no damages. Standard wear and tear is completely fine!
Yes! The villa has a full kitchen and BBQ setup. Feel free to stock up at the local markets. We can also arrange a private chef ($50/day) or catering if you prefer.
Pub Street is just 10 minutes away by tuk-tuk ($3-5). We can arrange transportation, or you can easily flag down tuk-tuks from the villa. Great for late-night adventures!
