Zentro Khmer Villa is our answer to a simple question: where can a group of friends, a corporate team, or a family stay in Siem Reap and feel completely at home — with space, privacy, and authenticity?
Siem Reap is one of Southeast Asia's most extraordinary cities. Home to the ancient temples of Angkor Wat, a vibrant food scene, and some of the warmest people in the world, it deserves more than a generic hotel room.
We designed Zentro Khmer Villa to give groups and families a true home base in Siem Reap. Traditional Khmer architecture meets modern comfort — you get all the space you need, a private pool, a fully equipped kitchen, and a team that genuinely cares about your experience.
The property has 8 bedrooms across two floors, sleeping up to 16 guests. Every room is air-conditioned with its own Smart TV. The ground floor opens to the pool and tropical garden — the heart of the villa.
Beyond the rooms, we added everything that makes a long stay comfortable: a KTV (karaoke) room for evenings, a multimedia room for movie nights, an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, and fast fiber WiFi throughout.
We welcome all kinds of groups: families celebrating milestones, corporate teams on off-site retreats, digital nomad squads working together for a week, content creators shooting in Southeast Asia, and couples hosting intimate weddings.
The entire villa is always rented exclusively. Your group, your space, your schedule.
The two people who built this place, and the ones you'll be in contact with when you book.
Born in Slovenia, Maja has spent years living across Southeast Asia before making Siem Reap home. Her background in hospitality drives the villa's approach to hosting — attentive, personal, and genuinely warm. She speaks English, Slovenian, and German.
Austrian entrepreneur and long-time traveller. Leonhard handles the operational and technical side of the villa — from the fiber WiFi to the booking systems. He built the villa with groups and remote workers in mind, having spent years as one himself.
We are located in Siem Reap Province, Cambodia — 20 minutes by TukTuk from Angkor Wat, 5–7 minutes from Pub Street, and close to the city's best restaurants and markets.
