By making a booking at Zentro Khmer Villa, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with your booking.
2.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after we have received and processed your reservation request. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
2.2 Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival or 7 days before check-in (whichever comes first).
2.3 Group Bookings: For groups of 10+ guests or special events, a 100% deposit may be required. Additional terms may apply.
2.4 Accuracy: Please ensure all information provided during booking is accurate, including guest count and contact details.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to hello@zentroliving.com. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please observe the following rules:
6.1 Accepted Methods: We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, bank transfer, and PayPal.
6.2 Currency: All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
6.3 Additional Charges: Extra services (tours, meals, transport) will be charged separately and can be paid upon checkout.
6.4 Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $100 may be required for whole-villa bookings.
7.1 Personal Belongings: Zentro Khmer Villa is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. A safe is provided in each room for valuables.
7.2 Injuries: Guests use the pool and other facilities at their own risk. The villa is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of facilities or failure to follow safety guidelines.
7.3 Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.).
Guests are responsible for any damages to the property, furniture, or equipment caused during their stay. Damages will be assessed and charged to the guest's payment method on file. By making a booking, you authorize us to charge your card for any damages.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
Any disputes arising from your stay will first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Siem Reap.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
